These units can handle outputs ranging from 400 to 40,000 pounds per hour. Hopper grinders can produce various output materials simply by changing the screens and transforming waste into valuable products such as animal bedding or landscaping mulch.

The Horizontal Series is an innovative line of grinders designed to meet various waste reduction needs. These versatile grinders can process a wide range of wood waste materials, with the capability to handle between 500 and 12,000 pounds per hour. They are suited for green and dry materials, including blocks, end cuts, edgings, veneers, plywood, flooring, and particleboards.


Horizontal grinders combine flexibility and efficiency, making them ideal for different environments, ranging from small woodworking shops to large-scale cabinet, flooring, and veneer manufacturing operations. Whether the task is small-scale or industrial, these grinders are built to meet demanding requirements, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

These grinders have advanced top and bottom infeed rotors that greatly improve material handling capabilities. Additionally, motorized infeed rotors and an efficient cutting system enhance throughput capacity.


Depending on the model, horizontal grinders come with either belt-feed or balanced shaker-feed input conveyors, making them ideal for in-line operations. These grinders also offer various discharge methods, including conveyors, screw augers, and air discharge systems.
